Author King's Cross
Author King's Cross brings together Related (the most prominent, privately-owned real estate firm in the United States) and Argent (King’s Cross developer) to complete the final piece of the new King's Cross.
Author will provide 218 rental homes across three buildings and it will be uniquely placed as the only Build to Rent development within the 67-acre King’s Cross Estate.
Since 2018, narrativ have worked with numerous design teams to bring a personal experience to renting. A naturally welcoming community in the heart of central London, our images and upcoming film dispel any preconceived notions about private rentals and make people think again about where and how they can feel at home.
